It seems that Erica Mena feels silenced and believes that she is being used as a scapegoat in regards to the roundtable discussion about racism featuring the Love & Hip Hop Atlanta cast. She questions why she was not included in the discussion if she is being used as an example.

It appears that Erica Mena was fired from the show following an incident in which she used offensive language and made inappropriate gestures towards Spice. In light of a recent season finale of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta, MTV is planning to air a special called “Love & Hip Hop: Racism, Colorism, and the Uncomfortable Truth.” The program will feature a roundtable discussion moderated by Dr. Sarah L. Webb, a well-known expert in colorism. Participating in the discussion will be cast members Spice, Yandy, Joc, Scrappy, Sierra, Amy, and Rasheeda. However, Erica Mena will not be part of this special episode.
