Shoaib Malik, a seasoned cricketer from Pakistan, recently tied the knot with Pakistani actress Sana Javed amidst speculations about his separation from Indian tennis icon Sania Mirza. On Saturday, Malik took to X, previously referred to as Twitter, to announce the news. His social media post included photographs from their wedding ceremony, accompanied by the caption: “And we brought you together as couples.”
For a considerable period of time, there had been circulating rumors about Malik being in a relationship with Javed. These speculations gained more momentum when the former Pakistan captain extended birthday wishes to the actress last year, accompanied by a photograph of the two, stating, “Happy Birthday Buddy.”
In March 2022, Malik took a stand in favor of Javed when she faced criticism for her alleged disrespectful conduct towards juniors and make-up artists on the set. The 41-year-old, who has had the chance to collaborate with Javed on multiple occasions, expressed his support for her.
