The victim reported the accused sending inappropriate pictures and making sexual demands, despite getting married in 2020, despite sending explicit texts and making sexual demands.
Police have filed a case under IPC sections 376 (rape), 377 (unnatural sex), 354 (assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty), and 506 (criminal intimidation) against the accused. Further investigation is ongoing.
