Exclusive: Court order reveals chilling details of Bengaluru CEO’s estranged husband killing their son.

The CEO of a Bengaluru start-up, who is a woman, reportedly committed the heinous act of murdering her four-year-old son in Goa. After committing the crime, she then transported the child’s lifeless body to Karnataka before being apprehended by the authorities.
New information has surfaced regarding the horrifying murder of a four-year-old boy, reportedly committed by his mother who holds the position of CEO at an AI firm in Bengaluru. According to sources, Suchana Seth, aged 39, carried out this heinous act in a service apartment located in Goa, with the sole intention of preventing her estranged husband from exercising his visitation rights and seeing their son.
Seth, who serves as the CEO of The Mindful AI Lab, was apprehended on Monday morning in Chitradurga, Karnataka, while in possession of her son’s lifeless body concealed within a bag. It is alleged that she committed the murder at a service apartment in Candolim, situated in the northern region of Goa, on Saturday.
Based on the initial investigation, it has been determined that Suchana Seth and her spouse initiated divorce proceedings. It has been reported that she expressed dissatisfaction with a court ruling that granted her estranged husband the opportunity to see their son every Sunday. As a result, she purportedly devised a plan to harm her son the day before the scheduled visitation, as per sources.
Law enforcement authorities have stated that the husband was not present in the country at the time the crime took place.
Initially, in our preliminary investigation, the woman stated that she had a tumultuous marriage with her spouse, and their divorce proceedings were nearing completion. Additionally, a court order was causing her distress. The interrogation is still in progress, and it is necessary for us to bring her before the court. The motive has not been verified yet; this is the information she provided to our investigators. Before making any additional statements, we must examine the court order,” stated Nidhin Valson, Superintendent of Police for North Goa.
The discovery of the crime unfolded when the cleaning staff at the service apartment in Goa stumbled upon red stains while tidying up the room after Suchana Seth’s departure on Monday. Their suspicion grew stronger as they recalled that she had initially arrived with her son but had left the premises unaccompanied.
Nidhin Valson, Superintendent of Police in North Goa, stated that the woman had made a request to the staff for arranging a taxi. However, the staff suggested that taking a flight to Bengaluru would be a more cost-effective option compared to a taxi. Despite this, the woman remained adamant about getting a taxi and promptly checked out. Following her departure, the staff discovered red-colored stains in the room, which they presumed to be blood.
The incident prompted them to notify the local authorities, who subsequently reached out to the taxi driver that Seth had hired for her journey back to Bengaluru. The police then engaged in a conversation with Seth through the driver, inquiring about her son. Seth claimed that her child was staying at a friend’s residence. However, upon verification, the police discovered that the address provided by Seth was fraudulent.
Consequently, the police requested the driver to bring the vehicle to the police station. Upon inspecting the luggage, the authorities discovered the lifeless body of the boy. A First Information Report (FIR) was filed, and the woman was apprehended.
