Jadon Sancho has officially completed his move to Borussia Dortmund on loan from Manchester United, according to the latest transfer news.

Jadon Sancho has recently completed a six-month loan deal with his former club Borussia Dortmund, following a forgettable period with Manchester United and a disagreement with manager Erik ten Hag.
Jadon Sancho, the 23-year-old English winger, has successfully completed a six-month loan transfer to Borussia Dortmund, his former Bundesliga club. This move comes after a disappointing two-year period at Manchester United, where Sancho struggled to make an impact and spent a significant amount of time on the bench. Dortmund will now be responsible for a portion of Sancho’s salary during his loan spell. It’s worth noting that this loan deal does not include an option for Dortmund to purchase Sancho permanently.
Sancho’s tenure as a member of the United team grew increasingly challenging following a disagreement with manager Erik ten Hag. The manager expressed his belief that Sancho’s performance in training did not meet the required standard, resulting in his exclusion from the squad that competed against Arsenal in September 2023.
Since the occurrence of this incident in September, Sancho has not made any appearances for United due to disciplinary measures taken against him. Consequently, he took to social media to refute the manager’s allegations and assert that he was being unfairly targeted as the “scapegoat” for the club’s poor performance. However, this transfer presents a favorable opportunity for the young English player, as it will offer him the much-needed playing time that he has been deprived of at United.
During the upcoming six months, Dortmund will contribute to Sancho’s salary at United, in addition to providing a 4 million euros package. It is important to note that Sancho’s contract with Dortmund does not include a buy option clause.
